The finished length of your jewelry will be as close
as possible to your desired length, but is approximate.

We use a lobster claw as our standard clasp.

Due to the popularity of this personal service,
we may need up to 5 business days to assemble
and ship your custom length jewelry. Please order early!

We stand behind our work and the quality of our product!

If the spring in your clasp breaks during normal use within six months of
the date on your printed receipt, you may ship the chain to us for a free repair.
We'll even pay the fee to ship the repaired chain back to you! (Insured First Class Mail)
We cannot guarantee against tarnishing, wear, or damage to chains that are
intentionally or accidentally altered, pulled apart, broken, crushed, cut or abused. 

These crystal and silver chains are custom made items.
Please be sure of your size.
Please read the description carefully and refer to a ruler or tape measure
to determine the actual measurements of the chain before your purchase.
These chains are cut from bulk rolls and custom finished to your specifications.
They are exactly as described and are not returnable for a refund or exchange.
