We
are happy to accept an
American Express® Card,
Visa Card®, Discover Card®, MasterCard® or a PayPal®
payment through our secure payment system.
We also accept checks and
money orders as payment.
Due to several fraudulent credit card
transactions in the past, we will ship to the
CARD HOLDER'S BILLING ADDRESS ONLY
UNLESS you fax or mail your credit
card payment.
We MUST
have your
SIGNATURE
to ship your order to any other address.
For Orders Over $250.00 we require
a faxed or mailed image of your credit card
(both sides) and an image of your driver's
license to confirm your address and signature!

It
is not safe or secure to send us your credit card number by email!
If you are nervous about online credit card payments,
we will accept your credit card payment
by U.S. mail, by telephone or by fax.
You may ask us to send you our fax number
in the "Special Instructions or Comments"
field on our online order form if paying by fax.
Choose the "Mail In Check/Money Order"
payment option on our online form.
Then click the "Check Out" button.
The next page you see will have a form pre-filled
with your shipping and item information.
Please print two copies.
If you wish to pay with a credit card,
write the CC number, exp. date
and CVV2 number on the form in ink (NO PENCILS).
Please remember to sign it.
Fax one copy of the form
to us
after we send you our fax number.

We will determine which shipping method is
appropriate for your order.
Lower priced items will usually be shipped by Insured First Class
Mail.
To protect our customers, items over $100.00 value will not be left
outside your door -
the carrier will ring your bell and hand you the package. A
signature is required upon delivery.
Items valued over
$200.00 will be shipped by Express Mail FREE (signature required).
If you want your items in less than 7 - 10
days, please
choose a faster shipping option during checkout.

same charge as domestic mail!

We use Sterling Silver and 14K Gold
components in all our custom work --
ear wires, settings, chain, beads and
other findings unless otherwise noted.
All stones, pearls and amber are genuine
unless otherwise stated,
as in the case
of Austrian crystal or cubic zirconia.
Precious
Metal Clay ® objects or components are
guaranteed to be pure - either .999 fine silver,
or, in the case of gold PMC, 24K..
Some items pictured may be
one-of-a-kind or hand made pieces
that are limited in availability. We will remove the image
once the item is sold.
However,
from time to time,
a picture may be on display after
an item has been sold
and is no longer available.
We regret any
inconvenience
this may cause and will do our best
to keep things up to date.

Our Return Policy
Merchandise is returnable within
30 days of the date on your invoice
subject to the following terms:
We
must be notified
via email within 30 days
of your dated receipt prior
to the return of any item.
We will respond with return instructions.
You must follow
these instructions to receive a timely refund.
We
will refund the purchase
price of items only.
S&H
fees are NOT refundable.
Earrings
for pierced ears
and body jewelry
are NOT returnable for
refund or exchange.
Custom sized or
custom made items
are NOT refundable.
Custom ordered items are NOT
returnable for refund or exchange.
Please be sure of your size.
We will NOT issue a refund for
size errors made when ordering
rings, chains or other sized items.
Exchanges for equal value or higher priced
items will be allowed on request -
however, you must pay any
additional shipping fees.
Items
returned for
refund or exchange
must be new
and in original packaging.
Please include a copy of your
receipt with the item,
and note
the reason for the return.
Every package we ship is insured. If an item arrives
that was
damaged in transit,
we will gladly replace it.
Please notify us immediately
upon receipt and inspection of the item.
If
we do not have
the same item in stock,
we will issue you a refund,
or you may choose to take your refund in the form of a credit to purchase any other item in this
online catalog.
